I want to personally welcome you home to your neighborhood place! What a great time in our city! Waco Texas is culinary passionate and I’m so excited about it! The most important thing I learned while traveling and cooking was that my family and my community was where I wanted to be. I was born here; I live here, and I’m inspired here! I cannot wait to showcase what our local farms and purveyors offer by creating thoughtful seasonal flavor combinations. I grew up on a vineyard, I planted my first grapes at age eight! Wine will always be an important part of the menu and vibe. If you are a beer lover, I’ve got you a tasty list. To me, the setting feels comfortable and casual.
